Kyle Bradshaw

PhD, CFO, CFI-I, CDM, CFEI

Dr. Kyle Bradshaw has dedicated over 35 years to public safety. He began his career in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps, followed by civilian roles as a police officer, firefighter, and EMT. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Hammock Fire Control District in Manatee County, Florida.

Kyle is recognized for his expertise in investigation, behavioral science, leadership, human behavior, and organizational engagement. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and consultant who equips leaders to build high-performing teams through actionable, real-world strategies. As a professor at Columbia Southern University, his contributions are shaping the next generation of leadership professionals.

Dr. Bradshaw’s published research focuses on human behavior motivators. He has also published articles on neurolinguistic programming, psychological safety, supervisory negligence, truth verification, and administrative investigations.

Dr. Bradshaw has a B.S. and M.S. His Ph.D. is in Public Policy and Administration. He is certified to conduct research through the National Institutes of Health. He is also a charter member of the International Academy of Fire & Emergency Services Scholars.

Dr. Bradshaw enjoys volunteering as a pilot with the Civil Air Patrol.
