Meet Dr. Kyle Bradshaw

 

Dr. Kyle Bradshaw’s career is defined by a 40-year commitment to public safety, leadership excellence, and the study of human behavior. His foundational leadership style was forged in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps and sharpened through decades of crisis and command experience as a police officer, firefighter, EMT, and Chief Executive Officer of the Cedar Hammock Fire Control District in Manatee County, Florida.

 

This rare combination of boots-on-the-ground experience and rigorous academic scholarship makes Dr. Bradshaw a unique asset to modern corporate landscapes. As a consultant and keynote speaker, he translates decades of high-stakes public safety leadership into actionable blueprints for corporate culture, team building, and employee engagement.

 

As a professor at Columbia Southern University, Dr. Bradshaw actively shapes the future of emergency services and public safety leadership. His published research digs deep into the core motivators of human behavior, offering critical insights into complex workplace dynamics such as neurolinguistic programming (NLP), psychological safety, supervisory negligence, and truth verification.
